Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• •In its original packaging with all tags attached
• •Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• •Not listed as a final sale or clearance item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• •Gift cards
• •Downloadable software or digital products
• •Personal care items (cosmetics, intimate apparel)
• •Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

1. 1Log in to your account and go to your Orders page.
2. 2Find the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. 3Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions.
4. 4Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
5. 5Ship the item to the address provided in the return confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost.
