Shipping & Returns

All KAKUSEICO products are printed on demand, so every order is freshly made just for you. Once your order is confirmed, we print, quality check, and pack your items within 2–4 business days.

Delivery time after dispatch is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location in India. You will receive tracking details on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (when applicable) ship free of charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small COD handling fee, which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order option on our website.

Since every tee is printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns simply for a change of mind.

However, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will track it with the carrier immediately. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
